The agitation against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar over alleged electoral roll irregularities and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) continued on Sunday, with the CJP seeking permission for a protest in Delhi and the INDIA bloc announcing a march to the Supreme Court on Monday.
The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) said its leaders would meet Delhi Police at 10 am on Monday to seek a date for a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar. The party warned it would announce its own protest call if police failed to provide a date within 24 hours.
